Many in all, do in all even maintain or agree to that, the Computer/Computing Industry, has become rather foundational in its ways, and when one does in all even talk Development today that is. It all though, the Computer/Computing Industry, is not believed to have attained, the very goals or heights, it did in all set out to very much attain that is, and in speak now, and of most not truly knowing, what a Computer truly is, and in speak too now and of the Middle East, and of a said Cost-Benefit Analysis, and in speak too of owning a Computer that is.
In having said this, is to now in all even speak of the very belief or fact that, Computers in all, are often poorly presented and to the so termed Masses, and with it all even referring now and to the very fact that, the very likes in all, and of Bill Gates and the late Steve Jobs too, did in all even envision the Computer, and as very much said a Tool, or speak too of it said Equipment too that is [and all this too, and as versus speak too of IBM for instance, and that did in all even present the Computer, and as said a Machine too, and in speak now of Black-Box mentalities that is].
In having stated that, the Computer, can be said Tool or Equipment, is to now in all even present the very view that, Computers, and as said as such, can in all even be used, and to in all even enhance, the Worker Identity of many a person, and in speak and of their in all, defining, whom/who in all they are, and in speak of Tools,Equipment, Instruments etc. [or further speak too and of the Tools of Trade that is]. That most in the World today, are believed lacking in such Identity, for it does in all even make for poverty in many a place, and if not speak of Domination too, and in speak too of the term Out-moded that is, and that does in all even refer and to speak of a shift, and in Government, Education, Law, Parliament, Work Ethic etc., all over the World, and in the more recent Times too, and in now making the Knowledge Base of many a society out there, often said Non-Western too, obsolete that is.
In all, many a Computer Manufacturer, does in all even fail perhaps, and to take into account, whom/who in all again, the end-user, is often said to be, and in speak now of Identity, and as created and in speak of Tools, Equipment, Instruments etc., and if not Work in itself that is, and in speak now of the very belief by some, that the future of the Computer, now does lie in all, and in speak of Human-Computer Interactivity/Interaction Research that is.
In having said all this, is to now in all even present another view here, and that does in all even say, that Development, and as mentioned in the Africa post too (Link), can very well in all even, be said to lie, and in speak of Institutions in themselves, and in speak now and of truly associating the Computer, and the Computer Industry too, and with speak primarily in all, and of Benchmarks too that is [for while Microsoft, did in all give us, the very world of Software Applications, and of Apple Inc., now said to speak of Interfacing in all (and between Programs too), IBM, now said involved and in Data/Business processing, but in speak of the Computer and as most do know it, speak now of Michael Dell perhaps, Dell Inc., and speak too of Benchmarks, and of the very world of Internet Software (and as including speak of Online Games too that is), and as often referring, and to speak of Internet Communications in themselves that is].
In all, the very belief now that, the so termed Internet Service Provider (ISP), or speak too of Local Computer/Software Providers/Suppliers in all, are now primarily involved with the Computer Industry and in speak of Institution too, and in regards and to speak of Benchmarks, and as said not only defining Usability, but in all truly, speak now of the Computer, and as truly said associated and with speak too of Apprenticeship that is [and further speak too and of the Home Business too for instance].
